PointQuest
Story pointing for Linear teams, staged as an old-school turn-based RPG. A party quests through your backlog, voting on each issue, and the estimates land back in Linear as you go.
What it does to your issues
Signing in asks Linear for read and write access, and PointQuest uses it:
- It reads your teams, and the issues you choose to point — including their titles and descriptions, which it keeps so you can read back how each estimate was reached.
- It writes an estimate to an issue when the Leader assigns one, plus any labels, workflow state or cycle that Leader set up as an automation.
- Everything it writes runs under your own Linear account, so Linear's history shows you doing it — not an integration.
- It never creates, deletes or closes an issue, and it never removes a label it did not add.
You can hand the grant back at any time with Disconnect from Linear, which destroys the stored credential and revokes it with Linear.
